Questioning God’s Wisdom*
[6:124] When a powerful proof comes to them, they say, “We will not believe, unless we are given what is given to GOD’s messengers!” GOD knows exactly who is best qualified to deliver His message.* Such criminals will suffer debasement at GOD, and terrible retribution as a consequence of their evil scheming.
*6:124 Jealousy and ego are human traits that provoke some people to question God’s wisdom in selecting His messengers. Corrupted Muslim scholars have uttered this same utterance regarding the revelation of the Quran’s mathematical code through God’s Messenger of the Covenant.
Why does God allow the leading criminals to plot and scheme?
The purpose of this life is to show our real convictions. God allows people to reach the limits of belief or disbelief.
[3:178] Let not the disbelievers think that we lead them on for their own good. We only lead them on to confirm their sinfulness. They have incurred a humiliating retribution.
[6:112] We have permitted the enemies of every prophet – human and jinn devils – to inspire in each other fancy words, in order to deceive. Had your Lord willed, they would not have done it. You shall disregard them and their fabrications.
[47:31] We will certainly put you to the test, in order to distinguish those among you who strive, and steadfastly persevere. We must expose your true qualities.
Additionally this is part of freedom of choice. God didn’t design us to be robots, but to make decisions for ourselves to bring our true beliefs to light.
Freedom of Choice
[33:72] We have offered the responsibility (freedom of choice) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were afraid of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.*

When God selects a messenger with the exception of Jonah the people always reject them. When Jesus lived he only had a dozen disciples. The vast majority of people of his time rejected him. Moses only had two followers. Muhammad only had a select few of followers. Afterwards these messengers have been immortalized and held so highly as more than human.
God knows exactly who is best qualified to be His messenger. Being a messenger or prophet is an immense responsibility. So much so that Jonah tried to abandon his mission. Moses feared the people and questioned his abilities.
Is it ego when we question God’s judgment?
“If you trust in the source then you don’t need to hear the argument”
Understanding is different than questioning. As submitters if we confirm the source is from God then it is our obligation to follow God’s word. We can still choose to attempt to understand, but to question means that we doubt God’s commandment.
To say that I refuse to follow God’s commandment until it is proven to me shows lack of belief in God.
[21:23] He is never to be asked about anything He does, while all others are questioned.
[21:27] They never speak on their own, and they strictly follow His commands.
[21:7] We did not send before you except men whom we inspired. Ask those who know the scripture, if you do not know.
[21:8] We did not give them bodies that did not eat, nor were they immortal.
[5:7] Remember GOD’s blessing upon you, and His covenant that He covenanted with you: you said, “We hear and we obey.” You shall observe GOD; GOD is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.

[17:36] You shall not accept any information, unless you verify it for yourself. I have given you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brain, and you are responsible for using them.
